In this latest update, 87,777 images have been added to 15 different publications. The entire PERSI index has also been updated.

Here are the highlights:

  • Bostonian Society Proceedings, volumes 8-15, spanning the years 1924 to 1961 – This adds to the collection of images already online going back to 1885. In this publication, you could discover your relative in the membership lists and find articles about colonial New England.
  • Brome County Historical Society Transactions, volumes 2 and 4, spanning the years 1901-1927 – Volume 3 (1910) images are already on Findmypast.
  • Brookline Historical Society Proceedings, spanning the years 1952 to 1957 – Already online are images for the years 1902 to 1909. This annual publication is a useful resource for discovering more about colonial Massachusetts. The organization promotes the history of Brookline, Massachusetts, located just outside of Boston.
  • Cambridge Historical Society Publications/Proceedings, volumes 12-14, 19-38, spanning the years 1917 to 1959 – Already online are the images for volumes 1 through 11 and 15 through 18, spanning the years 1905 to 1925. The Cambridge Historical Society was formed in 1905 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Its founders were historians, interested in preserving Cambridge history. In the beginning, the Society would meet in private homes for lectures on local history, and in 1906, they started publishing the Society's proceedings.   • Confederate Veteran, volumes 19, 22-23, 27, 32-40, spanning the years 1911 to 1932 – Already online are the images for volumes 1-18, 20-21, 24-26, and 28-31, spanning the years 1893 to 1923. This publication is centered on the American Civil War veterans of the Confederate States Army. It began in 1893 in Nashville, Tennessee, originally as a fundraising measure for a monument for Jefferson Davis. The magazine would go on to be of significance to several organizations: United Confederate Veterans, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Sons of Confederate Veterans, and Confederate Southern Memorial Society. Its initial run ended in 1932. However, it was revived in 1984 and is published six times a year.
  • Colonial Society of Massachusetts Publications, volumes 26-33, 35-41, spanning the years 1924 to 1954 – Already online are the images for volumes 1 through 34, spanning the years 1892 to 1942.
  • Connecticut Historical Society Annual Report, spanning the years 1924 to 1963 – Already online are the images for the years 1890 to 1923.
  • Connecticut Historical Society Collections, volumes 25-30, spanning the years 1948 to 1962 – Already online are the images for volumes 1 through 3, 5 through 7, and 9 through 24, spanning the years 1860 to 1932.
  • Danvers Historical Collections, volumes 12-41, spanning the years 1924 to 1961 – Already online are the images for volumes 1 through 11, which cover the years 1913 to 1923.
  • de Halve Maen, volumes 9-33, spanning the years 1933 to 1959 – Volumes 1 through 5 are already online, covering the years 1922 to 1928.
  • Essex Institute Historical Collections, volumes 60-98, spanning the years 1924 to 1962 – Already online are the images for volumes 1 through 59, spanning the years 1859 and 1924.
  • Huguenot Society of Pennsylvania Proceedings, volumes 12, 18-29, 31-33, spanning the years 1932 to 1961 – Images for volume 1 (1918) are already online.
  • Illinois State Historical Society Journal, volumes 17-55, spanning the years 1924 to 1962 – Images already online cover volumes 2 through 16, spanning the years 1909 to 1923.
  • Louisiana Historical Society Publications, volumes 1-3, 8-10, spanning the years 1895 to 1918 – Already online are images for volumes 4 through 7, years 1908 to 1913.
  • Maryland Historical Magazine, volumes 19-20, 23-25, 27-34, 38-40, 45-46, 48-49, 51-57, spanning the years 1924 to 1962 – Images are already online for volumes 1-18, 21-22, 26, 35-37, 41-44, 47, and 50 from 1906 to 1955.
