In the past month, we've added another 159,000 searchable articles to The Irish Newspaper Collection on Findmypast.

The collection, which now stands at a total of over 7.2 million articles and 68 different titles is a fantastic resource for anyone tracing their Irish roots. It covers over 150 years of Irish history and contains publications from every province in Ireland.

The newest additions to the line-up include 3 new titles - Cavan Observer, Meath People and Cavan and Westmeath Chronicle and Ulster Gazette.

Along with the new titles in the archive, the following 5 titles have had additional articles and years added - Dublin Courier, Dublin Evening Post, Dublin Medical Press, Dublin Monitor and Galway Vindicator and Connaught Advertiser. The supplements date all the way back to 1760 and up until 1868.
